Incense at 70 holds the opening alongside the two peppers, then hands over: it is oud at 90, joined in the heart by leather, that decides whether this fits a dressed-up dinner — in the base only labdanum carries the resin further. Rose at 40 sits far too low to soften it, and the bergamot up top is gone within minutes. Nines across the board: one spray, nothing after.
