What if I only have a few perfumes?
Pro works from what you own: it comes into its own from a few bottles. With no bottle yet, guided discovery, the perfume to discover each day and olfIA already start from your scent profile.
What if I don't really know my taste?
No vocabulary needed: you pick perfumes you love and others you don't, and your scent profile works out your accords. It then sharpens with what you rate, add to your wardrobe, wear and try. And each discovery offers you a safe bet, a side step and something off the map.
Does olfIA really know my collection?
Yes, with Pro: it receives the bottles you own (up to 100), your scent profile and the perfumes your latest discoveries suggested. It knows neither the weather nor the time: for this morning, that's the daily card.
How do I cancel?
From this page, the “Cancel my subscription” button. One optional question, then the Stripe portal opens for you to confirm.
If I cancel, what do I lose and when?
Nothing right away: you keep Pro until the end of the current period, trial included. After that you go back to the free account, with all your content.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Stripe stores it when you sign up, but nothing is charged before the 7 days are over. The trial comes with the yearly plan.
When am I charged?
On the yearly plan, when the trial ends; on the monthly plan, at subscription. Then at each renewal — it shows on this page once you subscribe.
Is my collection data kept?
Yes. Your wardrobe, reviews and wear log are yours and stay in place, subscribed or not.
