Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren founded Viktor&Rolf in 1993, straight out of the Arnhem Academy of Art and Design, and showed a first collection in Paris that same year. The pair became known for a conceptual approach to fashion. Their first fragrance, Le Parfum, came in 1997 in a bottle that could neither be opened nor smelled, in a run of 250; the more conventional Flowerbomb followed in 2005, and Antidote, for men, in 2006.
